Like, Riot, what do you want him to do anymore?

Mobility AND damage wise he is highly outclassed by who gets her mobility sooner with more damage and an instant "emergency I shouldn't have gone in" button, whereas at least needs to wait a few seconds (even on PBE with 40% CDR his new Rift-BriskWalkThatIsKindaFastButNotReallyFastButIsReallyWellPacedAndCouldGoForAWhile is only up every 1.2 seconds at level 16). I just don't get it why some champions just get screwed over and others are left alone.

Better burst and mobility than and has it sooner. less interaction and way more sustain than and yet the former have hardly been touched (not saying they need to, just that Azir didn't need what he got). A champion originally meant for mid isn't allowed to go support having high burst and an AoE stun. Gee who does that sound like.

LB has higher bursts of mobility Kass has higher sustained mobility

o 3o use that however you will to me that means I dont have to burst down someone even if I fail its okay, they arent going anywhere

I feel like Kassadin is in a good spot and after the buffs he should be fine. Now that you have to have good positioning with him it just means you can't mindlessly roam around and Riftwalk your way out of it. Leblanc though she needs to have her base damages or scaling lowered because she is one shots squishys with QWR and within the blink of an eye disappears back to safety.
