@Meddler: When is protobelt getting nerfed?

I remember you saying that you guys might nerf the "shotgun" aspect of it, where you can do 900+ damage if you perfectly hit all the bolts on a single target.

As someone who uses Hextech Gunblade, I sort of feel cheated when someone using a protobelt does more damage with their active than I can. Especially since mine is THE single-target hextech item, and theirs is not. It almost feels like "why am I even building gunblade when protobelt is a better burst item?"

Can protobelt get that well-deserved nerf to its abuse case yet?
