I mean, adding a delay to his Q and decreasing it's damage heavily wasn't enough? His W lost 60% of damage at maximum rank and the atk speed debuff that he NEEDED if he ever wanted to fight against any AA top laner

But the ratio nerf probably has something to do with the 200 AD his passive gives him.

What's that someone dodge your 1 sec delayed small AF skill and then dashed you and dumped everything on you since you have 0 escapes, welll.though luck buddy since you have 0 dmg outside of Q from the outside, almost no AS w does nothing since it stays at 40%, seriously play vs a riven/fiora/rene or anyone with a dash that knows this and laugh how free the lane is for them.
