@Meddler any additional plans for Camille?

I'm a yuge fan of Camille (See: My Name) and although these Q buffs will help her considerably, are there any other plans for her that make her less frustrating to play? Namely, when you are mid-ulting someone with your ult and they die before you land, your ult goes on full cooldown. Can it be set like Darius Caitlyn or Garens ult where if it misses it goes on like a 10 second cooldown instead?

the problem is any slight push will make camille crazy again (see Kassadin ) it is in a state of terrible or pick ban
