Close to 90% of support items have cdr and it's kinda stupid.
all have CDR, not to mention,
and 
are getting 10% CDR buffs
as a support player, it is super hard NOT to overcap on CDR because all of the items have random amounts of it; why not just reduce the base cooldowns jesus.

you get which is 20% cdr, + 10% cdr and one more item...
now, you have max cdr and 3 items, slap on some mobi boots and you have two slots for support items that you want to fill but you canèt buy an item with CDR cause then it would overcap... you arenèt given many options t that point.

Also, soon, this won't be a major issue...save for STE still being shit for almost the entire support roster save one or two champs.
