I would love to be able to remake when someone is a confirmed retard on your team (IE diving a 40% hp irelia that HAS STUN at level 3 and giving them first blood and double buff)

Just great. We need this so bad. Gonna brace ourselves with all the incoming inting trololol matches every game in the near future. I can't wait.

I mean, it's not wrong to try and implement some protection against those kinds of scenarios. But this particular realisation proposed in the OP is imo horrible.

No, you still get a loss so your demoted to the elo you belong in, since we removed the unskilled report

That is going to rumble in the match system though. Because the idea of remake is that the match is no longer valid and is not counted into win-loss and other calculation. If you remake the match and then arbitrarily pick players within that remade match and give them win or loss, this means the calculation is probably affected in one way or the other due to the introduction of ghost numbers or whatever it's actually called. And you can only imagine how big of an impact it's gonna have after a while, especially when more players are involved in it.

Sure I'm no mathematician, but I think implementing things like this is quite likely to end in disasters. But who knows.

In general, the system is meant to be more robust and scale-able to prevent complications of something along the lines of makeshift and band-aids like these.

But idk.

Tbh, I am not sure if the report for unskilled players was even functioning in the first place. It always appears to me that they're just placebo rage-vents buttons for tilted players. But I may be wrong.

If one is truly not belonging to the elo they are, they will degrade over time themselves. Sure it may feel unfair if your teammate is performing rather inadequately and making a lot of mistakes, but the same can also be said when you somehow got a teammate who's just a monster that is great at everything and carrying your ass. I guess it kinda evens out.

Still, everyone will have teammates who may or may not be performing at the height of their skill in some matches, everyone will also themselves not being at the top condition from time to time too. Instead of talking them down, realise that this happens to everyone and you are also a burden to others sometimes as well, and so you work with them instead of expecting them to just work.

When someone level 3 tower dives even when im pinging no... because i have no way to follow up and then feeds the hyper carry and legitimately loses us the game right there....

might as well start a game, take buffs, go ahead and die to someone at lvl 3, and end the match as remake and claim it was my bad

this'll just increase trolls, no one wants to waste their time in queue/loading screen to end up having someone tower diving at lvl 1. they could just do it as well if they got auto-filled to avoid playing a lane they don't want to

Well I'm losing elo because of this, no one plays useful fucking junglers/supports, and they just feed out their asses and then flame me for not carrying them, on top of the fact the enemy team is verbally abusing and i know for a fact riot wont ban them because "oh, hes just salty he lost"

you've spent a lot of time playing this game, I'm sure you know what right is right and what wrong is wrong if you encountered someone flaming/abusing then just report them after the game and move on

one report is enough to trigger a review and if they didn't get punished for it they might get a penalty

and don't talk back to those flamers, just mute them and report them after the game, muting is your defense.

recently I reported a lux we had on our team, she was the only one winning her lane and started spamming shit like "gg/ff@20"

when we refused to surrender she asked if she can go afk (literally) and we said "go ahead, you'll be reported if you do"

she was like "ok bye" and left the game. after the game i reported her for being negative/afk the next day i received a message saying "the summoner got a penalty"

tho they didn't get punished, they'll be careful next time. one never knows you could end up helping others from behaviors like hers
