Urgot can use Q against him, that's about it. He can flip him when he jumps but I mean, that's disadvantageous to him cuz he doesn't want Jax behind him wailing on him while he tries to waddle away.
Jax is just straight up faster. So when Urgot Q is on CD he can literally just walk up, E and start wailing on him. Urgot E's out = no E for a long ass time. And if Urgot decides to stand there and take the beating with a flip at the end to keep Jax there after the stun he still loses cuz Jax straight up outdamages him.
Really do not understand how Jax loses here.

Gnar is more than likely because as a ranged tank without a resource, he has no bad matchups in top lane unless someone lane-swaps and with the damage in the current season, lane swaps are unlikely, especially for a melee into a ranged champion. an Olaf could work against a ranged champion, as could chogath, but the number that can deal with a ranged champion that are useful in pro play are fairly low
