In all honesty this is a pretty good patch, i'm just afraid for volibear dude can deal 390 damage with Q+E without counting Q base damage, warwick needs a nerf obviously he was already fine before press the attack buff

hue? i don't know about other mages but Mordekaiser can spam E/W/Q 24/7 and charge spellbinder in like 100 sec IF he's alone without any ally/enemies casting spells Casting W and recasting it gives 2 charges

Also DONT LISTEN TO HASHINSHIN

just like you don't listen to LS who said zoe nerf did nothing because they buffed passive ap ratio and zoe has 38% win rate atm
