Are my champions just not viable or something?

Seriously, I just don't understand what the fuck I'm doing wrong. I can be twice as fed as someone else, play perfectly, and still die instantly to some generic AA spam ADC, an AD clicker like Xin, Jax, Yi, Riven and so on, or a champ who clicks on me and instantly does 800 damage (Annie, LB, etc.)... What counterplay do targeted abilities and AA really have?

I can play a champion MADE FOR BURST, like Graves, and still instantly die to some fucking ADC who is supposedly "not bursty" despite landing both Qs, three autos (point blank) and my R. I die, they lose maybe half health.

So what is the issue? Are my champions just not viable or something? Or, is "balance" just a big fucking lie, and the only way to be competitive is by playing braindead, boring as hell champions that feel like cheating to play? I wouldn't be surprised, given that his is a fucking F2P cash grab.

Edit: Figure I should tell you which champions I play, huh.

Top: Gnar, GP, Poppy, Graves on occasion, Jayce, Illaoi.

Mid: Syndra (usually do well with her), Ahri, Kass (usually do well), Ori, Azir, Ekko.

Jungle: Nid, Poppy (usually hard carry with her in jungle), Eve, Shaco, Graves.

ADC: Luci (carry with him, very easy to play), Graves, Sivir (also usually carry), Trist (also another easy champ).

Supp: Tahm, Bard, occasionally Poppy, Annie, Ori or Lux.

There is also the very real possibility that you're not nearly as good as you seem to think you are. Did you ever consider that?

That's certainly a possibility, but when I have 380 AD and 60% crit, go and do my ENTIRE FUCKING COMBO on an ADC, and then die while they're at half health... there's something wrong.

When I get a 6-man ult on Illaoi, with 350 AD, and hit W 4 times (on an Ashe) and have noone go below half health, there's something wrong.

When I land a 6-ball ult on someone, and hit every ability leading up to it, with Syndra, and they walk away with half health as I instantly die... there's something wrong.

To be perfectly blunt, I think you're lying.

350 AD is more AD than most Illaoi players have, and you say you hit a five man ult and couldn't kill an Ashe with four W's? Lol. There's either some serious context you're leaving out, or it didn't happen like that at all. Illaoi's AD scaling is some of the highest in the game. Damage is all she has, but she sure as shit has a lot of it.

The same is probably true of Graves and Syndra. Or do you think Graves just arbitrarily has less burst damage than most other ADCs, even when point blank? Lol.

I doubt it's in my match history anymore, but my Illaoi build was: Triforce, CDR boots, Murumana (activated during this whole thing), BC, Dead Man's, Maw. Pulled out Ashe's ghost, ulted her entire team, and spammed W on her. With JUST A BT she out-healed all of that, and I died with her at ~35-40% HP, and the rest of her team well over half. She then went on to kill two more people before being killed herself.

As for Graves, I had ~380 AD, 60% crit. There was a Jinx up on a wall, so I flashed out of a bush, threw my Q, and went to town on her. In the time it took me to do that, she healed herself up with BT, and just killed me. So, Graves has more burst, but ADCs are just fucking stupid.

As for Syndra, LB pushes Q>R>W and instantly chunks 2/3 of my HP, I land my full combo and do maybe half of her HP.

Gnar: Possibly the strongest toplaner in the game GP: another whose possibly the strongest toplaner in the game Poppy: she's plenty strong at any position Jayce: yeah he's weak, strong early but falls off hard late Illaio: she's pretty dependent on your opponent's skill honestly, the better the opponent the weaker she is.

Syndra: is weak, she has a good spike around levels 8-11 but after that is fairly weak Ahri: pretty strong, used to be very strong, most AP mids are suffering from preseason but Ahri was so good previously that's she's still good. Kass: average to weak Ori: team dependent Azir: very variable on your skill with him and your team Ekko: he's fine

Nid: weak Eve: weak Shaco: he's strong in soloQ if you know what you're doing Graves: I have no idea how Graves jungle is

Luci: strong Graves: he's fine I think Sivir: built entirely around her ult, I find her weak in SoloQ, she's team dependent Trist: strong

Tahm: Possibly the strongest champion in the game. Period. Bard: strong Annie: meh, I think she makes a bad support Lux: Strong midlaner, I think she's a bad support.

Targetted burst is one of the most unhealthy things in the game in my opinion. Once a champion that has it gets ahead, they're extremely hard to deal with. And the only thing you can do against them is counter build. You have to build some defenses against targetted burst. But if its an ADC whose "bursting" you, they probably have a large gold advantage on you. League is balanced for professional play, there are people who get 6 figures to play this game. And while I won't call it perfectly balanced, Riot honestly does do a pretty good job for balancing over 100 champions on a game played world wide from newbies to pro players.

I can guarantee you have never been even or ahead with graves landed both parts of Q autod even once, and hit your ult without killing a squishy. The issue is you not landing things, building properly, or starting the fight right.

I can guarantee you that I've gone against many squishies, done exactly what I said, and failed to kill them. Of course, I've utterly annihilated squishies the same way too. So I don't understand why, 80% of the time, I lose the fight.

I even build a Triforce, so I'm that much burstier.

There you go, Graves has SUCH high AD scaling that triforce is not going to help him burst as much as pure AD/Pen

He also has a very high base AD, so it procs for nearly 200 damage.
