Kindred/Lucian has 500 range, but Kindred appears to be more mobile/defensive?

I just wanted to point that out. At lvl 2, kindred can dash 3 times at 2 seconds intervals, but it takes Lucian level 13 or so to max his Q then E, plus 40% cooldown reduction just to begin to match that. Plus he has to hit his target to get his E back up. Relentless pursuit my assss!!!!!

I think Lucian needs a better defense system for that range if riot does not intend on increasing it.
