Can people chill with the "Riven is going to be pick/ban"

Do I think she needs the buff. No... not really.

Do I appreciate it as a Riven player. Yes, Yes I do. Literally this change only means that someone who would have 'possibly' escaped with 5% hp left is now dead sooner rather than later.
