As she is she's the new Ziggs. an uncatchable kite mage with amazing utility and aoe. What makes Zyra have the right to have such low base speed but Lux gets off scott free?
Either have her base speed removed, or make her root single target like Morgana.
Compared to Lux's Q ... Morgana's Q does more damage, doesn't require her to to get into auto attack range to activate her passive, is wider, roots for longer after the first rank, and has a lower overall cooldown. The only thing Lux has over her is the ability to hit 2 targets, and there aren't that many instances when that'll happen when you're facing against a team that's competent.
(No one's going to stand in a line when against Lux if they know what they are doing.)
Lux is slower than most mages.
1: Lux has a base speed of 330, which is only 5 more then Zyra, and both a pretty fucking slow. 2: Morgana's root lasts longer and does more damage. 3: If you removed her "base speed" she wouldn't be able to move.....
