Kled's got a 2 second window (after becoming invulnerable) to be killed

Considering the fact he also has no kind of costs, two dashes, and two forms of hard CC all with high damage scaling and synergy with damage+hp items, there's really no reason for Kled to also get between 1/2 and 4/5 of his health back from a single cast of Q and W after becoming untargetable.
