Ignore my New Runes Post

I was bitching about not having my starting lethality from runes before I played. My Wukong still hits like a fully stocked freight train early game. I think he's actually stronger early game. First time I've played in awhile, so I haven't played or read any patches to understand the numbers behind it, but I can literally take electrocute and the rune that gives you passive lethality on dash then go bacon, eggs & ham.
