petition for udyrs turtle stance to restore mana on hit again

udyrs in a rough spot right now and honestly the main struggle is just havnig to take every blue from your midlaner just to clear jungle so maybe bring back the mana restore?

Even if its reaaaally insignificant in the early early game just make it so that late game the stance dancer can actually stance dance without going oom constantly.
