@Riot Balance Team. Any plans for Fizz changes?

Currently, he's an issue. With the introduction of the MYMU and added CDR to items, he's become overbearing once again. He's able to access CDR quickly and effectively because his core items now have CDR (Lich Bane, Hourglass and Abyssal). Not to mention his tank build, while not near the toxic levels of Ekko, is still completely unfair and unfun to play against because of how much damage he can deal, while being able to mitigate a metric shit ton of damage because of his ez
