Dont allow people to play ranked with a champion that they dont know

Ok i have mentioned this before and i will keep mentioning until it comes true!!! The game needs a system such that people will NOT be able to play a champion in ranked games until they have completed 10 normal games with that champion!!! It will dramatically help ranked queue from irresponsible people who buy a champion and go straight into ranked matches and end up feeding! Riot please take this in to account i bet its so so easy to be done and it will make the game so much better!!!, thanks!

You already require a minimum of 16 champions that you own to play Ranked for the purposes of being able to have at least one champion possible regardless of the surrounding picks and bans; you would have to play ten games on every champion that you want to so much as even pick in ranked. Considering there are well over 100 champions, this means you would have to play over 1000 normal games to have a "full roster" that you can choose from.

This includes playing champions you don't enjoy and have no desire to actually play just so you can pick them to trade them off later.

This is completely disregarding the rather arbitrary metric of requiring ten games instead of five, fifteen, or what-have-you.

Riot forbids you from using free week champions in Ranked. It was changed to do this specifically for the purpose of minimizing the number of people playing champions that they've never used before.
