So hey Riot, I know you love Ryze and all...

BUT HE NEEDS A MASSIVE NERF.

• Best, most reliable waveclear in the game. (Gee, it's almost like we nerfed LB and GP for this same reason)

• THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST DAMAGE IN ONE ABILITY, ONE SHOTTING PEOPLE WITH NO AP

• No cooldowns, literally

• Irrelevant mana costs after his first item

• A free shield for half his health every two seconds

• A free Ghost every two seconds

• Point and click root that ensures his one shot will hit you

So, uh, remind me in what way he's fair, balanced or healthy? You can't push him out of lane since he stacks mana and just spams all day one shotting waves with EQ. You can't play passive since he'll instagib you the second you run out of minions (or at least take your tower). You can't trade with him since he does five times your damage in one ability. You can't gank him since he has a point and click root and giant MS steroid and shield.

In lane, you can't do anything. You stand by your minions, he hits you with his E's splash, and potentially an AoE Q that chunks half your health. You can't try to engage on him, since he'll just root you, walk away, and take half your health all at the same time while never losing more than 100 or so health thanks to his shield. You stand away from your minions, you get combod in the face.

Late game, he literally just one shots your carries, and then your tanks have no damage to do anything with, and you lose every teamfight. Combine that with his ult, and you can't get out of a teamfight either.

Something has to give. He NEEDS to be nerfed, and he NEEDS to have some kind of fucking weakness and counterplay. I get that he's a poster child like Lee $in, since he's Faker's favorite fucking champion, but if you wanna lie to people and say you give a fuck about your game beyond how much money it makes, you gotta do things to show that.
