Yay, Ekko's free week! ..now I'm capped at level 4.

Happy Ekko free week! I've been playing a ton out of this broken-ass champion. It's the first time I broke the 30-kill mark in the past 2 months.

I just hit the level 4 on him the game before last, and that felt awesome! . . . until my last game, where I realized that I wasn't accumulating any mastery points. I'm still quite a few games away from being able to afford him, and I won't get any of the progression feeling until then.

I feel like, lacking removing the cap entirely, there should be a 10-15% IP discount once you reach level 4 if you don't own the champion. Maybe with a nice pop-up.
