It offers way to much combined with phantom dancer it's beyond stupid.

It's expensive and changes enemy damage than COULD be blocked by armor/MR into true damage.

Lol uhh I main Draven and I can assure you, he was broken MUCH before DD changes, I used to rush BT as a substitute :)
