That and her e is a lot harder to hit. Her W is a lot easier countered now and gives her mobility a nerf.

I was under the impression that her ability to completly zone certain champions away from all farm was the problem

She was already sort of struggling in the tank meta, and they nerfed her again, so yes I would definitely consider her a balanced champion

If she is doing that, then she is probably a counter to you, or you misplayed and she's ahead. Also her mana cost on w is insane, so she wouldn't be able to zone you that much because she would run out of mana. AAAAnd the cooldown on her w is 18 seconds level one with 0% cdr making her not being able to use it that often
