Let Volibear/Lee Sin/Janna/Alistar/Xin Zhao etc root people into Singed's mega adhesive

Giving other champions that kind of access to another person's kit isn't really healthy.

It's one thing for Braum to let others stun people or for Tahm to eat people. (Which is still honestly considered unhealthy to an extent.)

It's another entirely to give only a few other champions an extremely niche synergy with him.

That's not really different from Yasuo being able to ult on other champion's knockup, so I don't see why not.

If they do allow this sort of buff I would suggest increasing the cd slightly on the adhesive to compensate

Logically if you are knocked up by a different source and land in it, it should root you all the same as singed's fling. So I agree on that point. Gameplay wise I can't see it ever actually mattering. Since singed is 0-8-0 at their nexus turrets taking your farm making you wonder why you didn't dodge lobby as soon as singed was locked in
