Solo queue needs more time on banning
One of the biggest mistakes I see in Soloqueue are when people pick mid and top first. I feel people forget that Riot allows you to trade champs between people on your team. Soon as you pick a top or mid, it is very easy to counter pick which can in many ways lead to a GG straight from champ select.
I feel we need more time to introduce to eachother what roles we play when the team is selected. Perhaps when you hover over someone you can see A) Who their most used champ is, and B) Possibly what champs they ban the most as captain.
It's hard to jump into a ranked atmosphere, knowing absolutely no one, and just pick and play. Like honestly.... imagine throwing 5 strangers into a room with 140 different characteristics and say "Beat those guys over there at this strategy game, you get 4 mins to say hi to eachother, then get to work doing your own thing."
