Maybe that is the problem with Urgot ? I just noticed that
Something came to me when i was checking the history of change that urgot got and it appear like he had never got any buffs to make up for the removing of 
from his build or any buffs for the change in runes reforge.
In other words, right now 
got buffed because he was doing badly after runes reforge added to it the Conquer keystone that was added made him from best top laners while 
got buffs as well after they changed how work with 
added to Conquer rune that power him up.
Yet 
never got any type of buffs to make up for him doing badly after runes reforge and removed from his item list cause he consider " Ranged", so are you going to buff him up soon ? Or you just like to buff up every damn champion in this game beside him.
all of them got buffs and they doing 100% better than him.
