At 1500 HP, it deals 260 damage At 2000 HP, it deals 330 damage

That's right, at Just 1500 HP, it deals more damage than Jax's third proc on his ULTIMATE,

Not to mention this can be procced from range, and with his boomerang, and it also gives him movespeed....

This combined with fervor is why Gnar is so broken right now

it's not even the damage that needs nerfed, it's the bullshit movespeed lol. the damage would be totally fine if he didn't get the ability to proc it over and over because he started moving 150 MS faster than you.
