He's been TERRIBLE every since the last set of nerfs, and gets repeated nerfs any time he's even DECENT. Because Riot balances him EXCLUSIVELY on whether he's good in the LCS or not. He was PERFECTLY fine before the last set of nerfs (Maybe even a little bad and unviableish) . But because he was a god in ONLY the LCS, Riot nerfed him to the ground ;-;.

I admit, he's a recent purchase for me, but for as much safety as his mobility supposedly gives him, I sure end up dying a lot attempting to get assassinations, which in and of itself is an incredible issue seeing as how he has almost no damage outside of Luden's-Lichbane Nether Blade.
I'd kind of like to see him become a jungler. Make his shield all-purpose. Give him some hard CC, or at the very least, return his silence. Cut the amount of charges necessary for his Force Pulse. He'd be an incredible Runeglaive user too. Double mana return on W.
