Status icon scaling with HUD options

The icons above your champion and items should scale separately (or have an option to do so) in the options rather than being automatically scaled with the HUD.

I like to minimize the HUD as I find it distracting, but this leads to itty bitty icons that can't really be paid attention to.

And, also, there should be an option that allows you to on/off temporarily remove the HUD without removing status icons and minimap. (You can already remove the HUD on/off with 'y' I think, but it removes everything else as well)
