because please don't do it if you are going to. his current state is the most balanced he has ever been.

no it isnt, hes even more hit or miss than he was and now totally team reliant to be able to accomplish his goal as a magic damage dealer.

he loses to nearly everyone in lane and can be shut down so easily.

i dont know how many times i have to say this but its not just about putting his win rate close to 50%, its all about give and take, he accomplishes these tasks and has these weaknesses right now.

but his weaknesses of burst/poke/cc/brawling/dives/counter builds

is not justified for his 2 strengths, infinite scaling, aoe stun.

yes his strengths are quite ridiculous with the latest patch, and have hyper inflated the champion, but dont confuse that with being a good safe pick like oriana, ahri, viktor, velkoz who have kits that synergize and accomplish given tasks.

regardless of his ~51 or 52% win rate, hes worse now than when he was pre 5.4

lee sin, azir, still crap win rates but still get played all the time.

thats because they are always played in bronze/silver. lee sin has a 53% winrate in plat+ and azir has a 52% even after the nerfs
