@Riot, regarding Ahri changes, why is there an increase in W's delay?

As an Ahri main , I love that change , don't forget they buffed the AP on it , it's true that it has a delay but but now , all fox fires can go together after that delay which is decent , the Old W used to take slightly longer to shoot all 3 charges , now you can just get closer to the target and W to shoot all 3 targets on them " better than when you E Q ignite Xayah mid game and she lives on 100 HP and you try to W but 1 charge hits Xayah and the other 2 charges goes to Leona just because Leona came closer with her E , now it's easier since you can launch all 3 together
