What if you give Udyr an ultimate based on which primary stance he chooses ?
If you go phoenix, at lvl 6 you could get - "call phoenix upon a targeted area to burn it for aoe dmg". His normal R spell would still remain, but would have separate cooldown for his ultimate. I never played tiger stance really, but it could get something like a tiger roar that jumps and stuns people or some shiet. It would give him something more to play around and maybe he wouldn't be such an UP or OP champ.
