Jhin isn't exactly on the weak side tbh.

I'd rank him somewhere in top 5 ADC's currently. *Edit: That go bot lane frequently

Kog'maw, Lucian, Kalista, Ezreal, Jhin

I'd put Corki on that list, but he seems to be pretty much mid 90% of the time now. Same with Graves... but he's top/jungle. Maybe even Quinn and Kindred.... god damn ADC's are everywhere.

Current thornmail is useless against ADCs. Especially against kogmaw... What are you talking about

Actually... it's pretty decent against Kog'maw since he thrives on LOTS of attacks and Thornmail reflects are flat + % meaning he takes a much greater amount from the flat since he attacks far more frequently.

He also tends to not have Lifesteal until third and overall doesn't end up building heavy LS either.

wtf are you talking about? kog maws damage is mostly magic. and whatever physical is dealt with with a single lifesteal items which he builds early. you will die from him before he even loses any hp from it because your building armor and not MR. he will kill you really fast no matter how tanky you are.
