@Riot Do you think Rengar is a problem right now?

Title. Honestly im so sick of rengar. I simply don't understand enough of the game to even deal with it at my level, and frankly, i dont know if i ever will by myself. It is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo difficult to get through the first 4 minutes let alone the early game without him getting one kill. That exclamation mark does nothing outside of: oh im dead already, I just haven't caught up yet.

Is rengar slated for a(nother) rework? If he isn't is he going to be nerfed, god knows how bad it'll be once dagger is out....

well right now, hes a pretty balanced and he does exactly what he is designed to be. he has plenty of counterplay and is difficult enough to play for his strength to be in a good spot. the problem lies, as you concluded properly, with you. its that you dont understand enough about the game.

He isn't op you just need a champ like janna or ali or a champ that can peel. Its like having a zed on the other team killing people and no one is able to stop them because you have no peel unless you have a fed laner that can one shot him which isn't normal.

Rengar is already in a bad place because if he isn't ahead, he is barely viable (unless you build him tank) due to the fact that MOST champions in this meta have a lot of CC so its really easy to shut him down.

I hate rengar no matter what he always finds a way to one shot the squishes. Even when he is really behind he just does a TON of dmg. I'm just now playing tank and fizz so I have less of a chance of getting oneshotted.

He is on the list for a rework the last time I had checked but the issue lays in making him healthy for the game without erasing what makes him Rengar which ironically enough IS erasing.

ha the easiest way to stop him until mid game is to invade his ass as a team he is super weak at lvl1. My friend is rengar main and he told me to do this and it has worked evety single time. He will be next to useless til he gets at least 2 full items and he wont gank cause he cant(he died and most likely didnt get a leash after that) he is so behind on just one little play

i pretty much main rengar and he isnt a hyper carry nor needs nerfs he is fine grant it im a little mad his q doesnt work on turrets............................. but yes invade him at lvl 1 not early invade but after jungle camps have spawned

If i recall Correctly FeralPony statted on his Ask.fm, that he feels like Rengar is fine, and there is no plan for him, but they will try to give more counterplay to his ult in the future.
