What Happened to Jungle Items Giving 2250g worth of stats when finished?

So the PBE update has lowered the AD on the Warrior Enchantment from 45 to 40.

Meaning, with certainty, the gold value of the item has been lowered and no longer fulfills the statement in the title that Riot made on release.

Riot, you can make changes as you desire (of course) - but hear me out here: The reason you're seeing Warrior enchantment bought more often, or the reason you're seeing higher win rates on warrior enchantment, or whatever reason you have for nerfing warrior enchantment, ISN'T because Warrior Enchantment is OP. It's because in the jungle it is optimal to build some damage before you build tanky, even on tanky junglers.

Having some damage early will allow faster clears to keep the jungler at a reasonable level compared to laners (1-2 levels behind as opposed to 4-5 levels behind). Further, early game junglers are relatively safe as they are the ones ganking (they're going to have a numbers advantage and likely fleeing opponents 80% of the time or more). Damage will make those ganks more successful. Extra tankiness will rarely do anything, and when it does (e.g. counter-ganks) it won't do much if anything more than having extra damage early.

So, now that we know WHY the Warrior Enchantment is the strongest choice (although Magus is obviously the choice for AP junglers, the only reason we're not seeing it nerfed I'd imagine is because AD junglers are stronger right now), why am I saying it shouldn't be nerfed?

The solution isn't to make offense weaker in the jungle. It's to make defense stronger. Clearly gromp's buff isn't close to enough for tanky junglers to clear at the pace of damage junglers after the first clear. I'd propose a few suggestions: -Increase the damage scaling on gromp buff so it does more after the first clear -Add some sort of thornmail/sunfire passive against jungle camps to the tanky enchantment to allow faster clears -Add more damage against jungle monsters to all machete's and increase jungle monster's defenses accordingly to aid tankier junglers relative to damage junglers.

As for the ganking problem? That's the meta and it's not going to change regardless. Building tank isn't going to make ganks more successful. Perhaps it would help you turret dive, but if you had more damage they probably wouldn't have gotten to the turret. Perhaps it will make you survive a counter-gank, but if you had more damage maybe you'd have secured the kill on the gank before the enemy jungler arrived. Offense is just preferable to defense when ganking.

the reason why Magus isn't getting nerfed is because Riot nerfs every single AP jungler (except Nidalee, it seems) into the ground

They should be nerfing the ability to smite people as it is the only item people buy. Everyone (including tanks) ends up getting item 3706 just for speed. It makes every other item pointless as EVERY jungler is better off smiting and cathing up to opponents instead of getting smite just for the jungle.

In high elo games a lot of junglers seem to take Ranger's Trailblazer (I don't quite understand it, unless they're just taking it early and swapping out for Stalker's). They ARE actually nerfing the champion smites slightly, they're reducing the range you can smite from and changing it to be edge-to-edge (the idea being epic monsters are huge so it won't affect steals, camp monsters are still relatively larger than player hitboxes).

I think the reduced CD on Ranger's sort of put it out of viability and poachers is simply impossible to make viable (I mean, as soon as you buy it your counter-jungling intentions are clear and the enemy should be camping you in their jungle). Challenging smite should be viable, not exactly sure why it's not taken - I guess speed is just the preference right now (I've always preferred Stalker's though).
