Riot wanted to nerf jungle but they actually buffed it to the extreme
In my last 20 games, the JGL always decided the game because he helped the bot the get 1 item. Meanwhile toplane is more irrelevant then last season.

Riot literally directly nerfs jungle and directly buffs top. Somehow people still actually think Riot buffed jungle and nerfed top.
