Why are you nerfing all of Malzahar's AP damage?

Q: 0.8 > 0.6 W: Voidlings now deal 0.05 AP per hit E: 0.8 > 0.6 R: deals an additional 1% max Health per 100 AP

You're already getting rid of his regular W. Is it really necessary to nerf his Q and E AP ratios in addition to that? You're making building AP on him much, much less attractive. I trusted you with this update Riot, please don't Zyra him for the next few years into a non-Mid role...

The Voidlings tear through people like butter. That's why.

If the voidlings are played right, he will probably still be stronger in lane.

probably because they want his sustained voidling damage to be a major part of his kit instead of having him be a burst mage like on live

That will turn him into an attack speed, on-hit jungler then. If Riot ruins Mid Malz like that I refuse to play him and I'll switch to Brand instead - it looks like they didn't screw him up at least

Nice! This is one Malz out of the mid lane. Now i need every other malz player to do the same thing

Either way oblivion awaits

I truely despise Repertoire for what he has done to Malz. This is not a rework, this is turning a champ into a pokemon master. His entire kit is bullshit. Right now he is an AD tank jungler or lanebully who needs uncontrollable, unreliable voidlings for damage in teamfights

Have you even played him yet?

Jungle Malz is what's making me hyped.

To encourage glass cannon builds since he's got that new passive. In turn, the damage will be more than what it is on live with the typical RoA->Rylais/Liandry's build.

The way to encourage glass cannon builds with with HIGH AP ratios. Lowering them makes it less worth it to build AP, meaning we'll see tank/jungle/adc Malz running around instead

Because he's gonna be an AP juggernaut when the mage update hits...LOL.
