Can we give urgot passive/legs a REAL cooldown?

lvl 13 CD : 2.5s

LOOL what a joke, this is why pretty much no champ can stand to fight toe to toe with urgot for most of the game, as soon as he gets to lvl 13 his legs basically dont have a cooldown anymore so the whole "play around it" goes into void.

Aren’t juggernauts supposed to be really good 1v1 anyway?

it's as if op is asking to increase yasuo Q cd from 1.33 sec to whatever he wants

Juggernauts are supposed to be good 1v1, good 1v2, good laning, good scaling.

So they're basically supposed to have no weakness other than getting 1v5d? Urgot's friggin ranged with a dash, so you cant even say hes immobile melee like garen or darius.

urgot scales pretty well and arguably better than most juggernauts

Just one short-ass interruptable dash doe. And Urgot is forced to rotate around his opponents to be dealing ACTUAL consistent damage.

His dash is as small as Aatrox’s dash, he has a super long windup on his dash which very easily telegraphs his next actions. he is slowed when using w, which gives people a ton of time and an easy way to kite, you just walk in the same was as him when he uses w, if he wants to move down you move down with him. And not to mention his e is on a super long cooldown, if he uses it offensively you can easily punish him with kiting and a gank because then he has no escape.

why don't you tell us the cooldown it has during most of lane phase hmm?

What is: 30-10 seconds?

That does seem like kind of a short cooldown for such a core effect, and when he already has 6 of them that he can use if he positions correctly it doesn't seem right to me that they would be up so often.

Is there a tradeoff in his kit somewhere? Maybe his other cooldowns are so high because of this?

The tradeoff is he moves like a glacier when trying to land his passive procs.

Well that seems somewhat fair then, he can be kited, and he can be ganged up on raid-boss style.

I guess the other question would be, is his damage really low without his passive up? maybe if these CDs are a problem then it would work to bring up his base damages to compensate. I think that the CDs should be longer because having windows of power is one of the most important means of counterplay against characters with strong effects.

I always see Urgots do good early, but later on in teamfights he just gets wrecked. The old meta of crappy supports has changed to mages that end the game with top damage, so we've really swung in a whole direction when it comes to champs doing good in the late game.

I'd say since urgot is so slow we won't see much of him, just because he can't engage that well.

If you are having trouble with Urgot’s legs, play adc’s in the toplane and build lifesteal. While Urgot may have formidable “burst” and tankyness, he has no sustain. Poke him down in lane and force him to recall, as he needs Icy and Black Cleaver to really work later on. When all inning him, use your dash exclusively on his ult, as he struggles often to deal more damage past his starting burst.
