Idea: Blind Pick is replaced by Team Builder and New Champ Select is Draft/Ranked Only

The toxicity of Blind Pick is removed by being replaced with Team Builder, and most of the problems related to queue times would be solved by Team Builder being the only option for blind.

If you want to play Draft/Ranked, you get the 2 roles option which seems much more fair in a competitive environment. Team Builder is much more fair than New Champ Select in a casual environment because people only want to play one role, either to practice without much pressure or just to have casual fun. Most people I know, including myself, don't want to play more than one role outside of draft and ranked. I only want to play my favorite role, and now I feel like I just won't play League if I can't do that.
