which might work it it's still early, but it didn't stop her stupid amount of damage reduction(There's a reason Riot did that in), nor does it stop her all in that even tristana can't escape from without help, meaning it's a straight stat check of whether she's fed enough to burst you or not. in anything below about silver 3, that's less a question and more a given.

Abyssphere3 votesLeBlanc could probably use a nerf. She's kind of everywhere in the LCS atm, even seems to have overtaken Ahri recently. What I have noticed as regards weaknesses is how she seems to just disappear if she doesn't get ahead, being absolutely terrified of team fights and needing a miracle to actually do something useful while behind. But she gets ahead quite easily and her ability to get away from virtually anything is pretty much unparalleled.
I feel like adding a slight delay on the bounce back from Distortion would be the best way to deal with her.

ApplyForAGrant2 votesJust add a short delay (~0.5s) before she can distort back, and have the delay reset when she pops her Sigil with Chains. It adds a short window of vulnerability when LB can be focused, and it punishes her for making mechanical mistakes.
Either that or flat out nerf her damage/cd/range like they did with Azir and Kass, but not as harshly.

Lao Fu the Tiger2 votesIn exchange for her mediocre late game and teamfighting, she gets the benefit of being a lane bully. If she gets far ahead, she can snowball. Otherwise, she's kind of lackluster.
Annoying to play against? Yes.
Overpowered/broken? No.

In the right hands, their plays are flashy as hell. Even flashier than Leblanc, if you ask me. Except for the orbs just popping into existence, Syndra's spells look awesome, Azir's ultimate is badass to the extreme, and Kassadin is more flashy than a college freshman during a hazing ritual.
Junkο3 votesLB has cooldowns? Her ultimate is like the 2nd lowest ult cooldown in the game (beaten by Diana only). With 40% CDR she can literally use all her spells every 10 seconds, and they are a ton of CDR items that work great on her.

Anivia, Maokai and Swain are toggles.
I guess Kassadin and Kog are fair, even though both of them are unviable and their ults are just weaker spells of already existing basic spells or ultimates.

Zahz1 votesthey arent nerfing her because she isnt overpowered. She only does one thing and thats assassinate. She doesnt take objectvies well, she doesnt farm very good till later when she has decent items, any form of CC means insta death, and she pops like a balloon.
Problem is people dont wanna ward and so she gets a lot of free chances to burst back line carries

zed has completely different set of skills and has little to do with leblanc. Should we nerf zeds ad damage since he can split push and take objectives but leblanc cant?
