The damage drop is quite noticeable. I main her and it hurts her waveclear - what used to oneshot now leaves all the minions with a sliver of HP giving potential to miss CS.

Obviously it hurts her trading in lane as well.

She instant killed my graves who was at half health in his jungle at level 4. Then immediately after she walked back into lane and did the same thing to me. I really doubt the nerf impacted her for anything other than csing.

Let me just remind you that waveclear was something Leblanc did not have before the rework, and something her mains did not really want.

This is really so true, Leblanc and all the other Assassins are still overpowered, I really don't know why they nerfed Rengar Rengar to absolute shit, quite unfair, but still Kha'Zix Khazix is broken. Along with the other Assassins, alrighty riot.. Good Job.

People always saying how her e one shots and how it is broken, they realise that one e from leblanc = 4 stages of damage. First e proc, 2nd e proc, which procs passive which procs thunderlords, and the likelyhood of leblanc using a w and q while that e damage is getting set up is probably pretty high, If anything the masteries are to blame for this damage overload.

And the Passive dmg nerf is very noticeable on her

One among many reasons I'd love to see Keystones fly out the window when the mastery tree gets it's overhaul this season. IMO, would make balancing in the long-run a bit easier.

As far as I know her passive counts to the few damage sources that doesnt proc thunderlords. It doesn't work like lux passive. But I might be wrong :)
