we have nomicon but no ad item to counter health tank with massive heals like lets say 5k health mundo healing + he stil has armor and mr or vlad overhealing every wave every 3 s sure barely anyone bought executioner calling but that was a good item to counter that overhealing

doiminat0r36001 votesThere is no AD item that gives grievous wounds but there are some champions that have abilities that apply grievous wounds.
Also, there is a little summoner spell 
Daxterr1 votesThey removed that item cause it was toxic to healers , but I think what made it toxic is that it applied all the time. Morellos would be the same if it was like that, but they have to get you low first with morellos. Why didn't they just do that with executioners? After all it (was) called executioners calling , not the "riot doesn't like healers sword"
Drunk Rummate1 votesIt's a good idea to have at least 1 ignite per team against champions like Vlad and Mundo. It's a pretty short cooldown where summoner spells are concerned, so just work around it.
