The only way to make up for the health regen nerf is to use his Q and W on cooldown and even then you'll gain less health, his laning phase was already bad and he died to every all-in.

His W damage got nerfed...? Wat?

What is this madness, Mord was already a shit champion.

Not many of the patch notes made sense.... I've seen two Mordes today, neither of them contributed much. Yeah, that's a small sample size, w/e.

The changes that are supposed to be buffs are clearly nerfs and it is obvious that Riot is trolling.

I played one match with the new "buffs", and did very well still (not much of a difference from my matches pre-patch though).

What I can say from this match is that his early game is now even WORSE. Poking in lane with my E and even pushing with it sucks so much now. You will run out of health, and you will like it (not really). His lategame is honestly the same. These changes accomplished nothing but nerfing his early game even more.

At least he has something to compete in the mobility meta now.

And I don't think the dmg nerf to his W affects laning phase at all.

I don't know about you, but the skill order I always used when playing morde was R>E>Q>W.

And W was sometimes used on a friendly minion for ranged harass.

Eh let him be out for a bit, they need live data for things to come into perspective, I am sure he will get a few adjustments next patch or so.

Honestly, I was really hoping they'd change their minds on what they were doing and allow me to find enjoyment in playing Mord again. I love him and I even bought 2 Skins for him (If you knew me, you'd know I'd really have to like a Champion if I buy a Skin for them), but what they've done to him is a fucking shame. Something is very wrong within the development team at Riot because the changes and nerfs of 5.4 are unjustified and ridiculous.
