IS it possible to ask for a permanent chat ban?

TLDR I get angry, and don't wanna risk losing my account over typing something stupid, is it possible to send a personal request to the punishment people to keep my chat permanently gone so I don't type stupid shit that will get me in trouble?

That is not a thing they do, although it's been suggested on a variety of occasions.

Pretty sure they're keen on trying to teach players to show restraint and/or make use of the mute functions.
