Mana compensation for AP lane shaco?

Right so I know lane AP Shaco isn't particularly popular, but I play it consistently and when I do, I rely on mana potions which have now been removed. He received no mana buffs nor increased mana regen. Not cool.

On a more serious note, I've seen good lane Shacos and they really are cancer. Glad most people never figured that out lol.

That would also indirectly buff AD Shaco And we don't want that

Yea we do considering all of the indirect nerfs to AD shaco and AP shaco this preseason.
