@Meddler, why Jhin Q is still not nerfed?

why the fuck did you nerf his ult slow? because sheeps were like "hue!! can't dodge his ulti!!"?

your nerf changed 0 thing, the only thing it changed if jhin helping an ally to kill a target with a long duration slow

Jhin Q is still extremely overpowered, the base damage bounce without kills is insane. laning against a jhin that knows that is hilarious he isn't going to kill minions to deal damage, he's going to spam Q like a retard when you will be going for a CS and still doing a lot of damage while not killing minions and forces you out of the lane because the mana cost of his Q from rank 1 to 3 or 4 is also toooooooooooooooooo low. And lastly, his Q base damage prevents you from using his reload weakness

if you're vayne and jhin comes to you with his 4th shot, you can punish him by doing AA+Q+chase for a third AA except that he's going to press Q and then removes as much hp as you did with all of this

i'm extremely pissed off by the fact that you did a slow nerf on his ult for no reasons instead of this
