This is quickly becoming Hi Rez/Smite level of balancing riot. If you are tight on cash maybe fix the core issues with the game rather than resorting to petty money grabs.

They're getting buffed to force picks at worlds. Mf is also in a garbage spot currently and needs the buffs.
