Doesnt surprise me that boards are complaining about mage nerfs, they have no clue about the game.

If you watch any competitive play or high elo game you'll see why those nerfs are all 100% needed.

Ryze vs Azir or any other waveclear mage every single game while assassins are troll picks for the single reason that if you cant waveclear from range you're a trash champion (hence why a champion like lux is so bad in high elo).

But no opening mid lane and nerfing the brainless waveclear gameplay would be terrible for the game because in silver i manage to lose lane as orianna to zed or yasuo, RIGHT BOARDS? BUFF MAGES AND NERF ASSASSINS ECKS DEE

I wasn't talking about her spells being buffed or not (and i doubt they buffed her wave clear), why is lux also being targeted by the mana nerfs when she is one of those bad champs in high elo?

Well you're right:

Brainless Waveclear is bad and needs changes. Uninteractive Lanes are bad and need changes.

Still... The majority of the game until Low Diamond is in the hand of Assassins. They have the Highest Win and Pickrates. That's why targeting Mages for sytematic cahnges -> nerfs first without looking at other classes is really annoying.

Speaking of annoying... playing every single game against the same 3-4 champions Zed Yasuo Fizz and than reading those will get even more agency on the lane than before... that will be next level BORING!
