@Meddler Can we expect Shen's rework by year end?

Im sure his rework will be small like Gangplank- Level, and you mentioned that several reworks will be coming out before poppy. I just want to know if he is getting looked at, I great to see him become a popular pick amonst lcs playerz and I like the buffs he received but strangely he still feels like he needs a bit more, sadly because of his ult and the strong synergy between his basic abilities, it seems as if the slightest change would make him overpowered and thats exactly why he needs reworking.
