What if summoner spells simply didn't exist ?

Just imagine, no one would have a "woopsy" button in his kit ( being mendatory for 99% of the roster). We already have the reworked runes, and they require something to be triggered, not only "oh I fucked up just flash away". Plus have you ever been in a situation when you're a melee champion, catch a ranged champion, and his just flash out of your range to burst you down while you can't do shit ? Just imagine if this situation simply didn't exist, and you'd be rewarded for catching someone

Not to mention how literally every single new champion released / reworked has some sort of mobility / cc in his kit
