I know a lot of people have been saying he's underpowered, especially mid. I've been playing him in ranked and have had a fair amount of success, but I can see where the complaints are coming from (e is useless - imo they should buff it's timer to 3 or 2.5 seconds so people can't just walk through it).

JustSir2 votesI think its too early to tell. I've seen players use him, almost artistically, and he has just steamrolled. I think people just have to keep experimenting with how his mechanics fit together. I do, however, think they should fix how he walks. Here we have and "artsy" serial killer...who stomps around like an elephant...when i picture someone like that, i think of him walking in an almost "waltz-ish" way...just my opinion though

He's like yasuo in that sense. In the right comp, good. In a bad comp, feeds and is useless. But because of their huge steroids they cannot be buffed to be more reliable, because then they'd be OP.

I've had 2 items on him as Sivir and been unable to duel him even after he missed literally everything.

Must a been Late game then, which is pretty fair. Before he gets several items, any ADC is going to win that duel. And even late most ADCs would win unless he was really on point with his skills and got a snare in a flower.
