One thing I've noticed about League's players is they are good at the champs they play but

severely lack game sense, objectives, farming, pressure, etc.

I've been playing League since Season 1 and During season 1-4 people didn't play all too well. Even if someone mained a champion, they'd play the champ sub par.

But I noticed people in bronze-plat play their champion pretty well (can do all the combos, max damage) but they don't adjust based on what's happening in the game. So if the are 5-0, they will just constantly pressure and go in. 0-4? Well, they'll do the same thing, keep going in and dying.

21-11? Let's keep going 3 for 3 mid lane and grouping mid instead of farming or doing 1 3 1 or 1 4 and getting objectives. Nope, just group for ARAM.

Playing your champion and playing the game are legitimately two different skills. Even if you play long enough to get a feel for how the game should go, there are no tools to really teach you. However there are tons and tons of resources outside of the game that tell you how to build/play your champion.

Sadly, people seem to never learn that objectives and map awareness win the game, not kills and carrying. But the state of the game currently really emphasizes the second part, so newer players have a harder time learning.

Little outdated, but still good.

Thing is you don't have any influence on your teammates... If I go split while beeing fed, the enemy team should need 2-3 ppl to stop me but reality looks different. My team would either force fights or get engaged on because they don't know what to do.

Strategy can't be taught in the same way mechanics can. You can play the same champion for 1000 games, get to know their kit at an incredibly intimate level and how to use it, but the same cannot be said of strategy and critical thinking. To use an example, a chess newbie could conceivably memorize every possible chess opening in the book; that won't make them a chess grandmaster.

Strategy is also difficult to acquire on the fly. Unless you go back and review your game replays, your losses (and wins) will be forgotten quickly, and you'll never learn from your mistakes.
